Perfected on the North Shore.
Born from Joey Fullmer's epic Baja surf trips, North Shore Tacos brings the spirit of the waves to every bite. What started as a passion for catching the perfect break turned into a quest for the perfect taco.
Joey spent months traveling the Mexican coast, learning the secrets of local taco stands. In 2010, he converted an old KFC building in Hau'ula into the Baja-style taco joint that would become a North Shore legend.
